These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CTRCH, an iPhone application for personal finance tracking. By downloading, installing or using CTRCH, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CTRCH.

In plain English: CTRCH is a personal tool, provided "as is", for you to track your own finances on your own device. It does not provide financial, investment or legal advice.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required by your jurisdiction to use a personal finance application and to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept these Terms. By using CTRCH, you confirm that you meet this condition.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CTRCH on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial financial tracking.

3. Your Data, Your Responsibility

CTRCH stores all data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data through the in-app export feature.
Deleting the app or resetting your device may permanently erase locally stored data that has not been exported.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. CTRCH does not verify, audit or correct the data you provide.

4. No Financial Advice

CTRCH is an informational and organizational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or professional advice. Any totals, charts, projections, savings rates or goal progress shown in the app are based solely on data you enter and are provided for your personal reference only. Always consult a qualified advisor before making financial decisions.

5. Currency Rates & Calculations

Reference exchange rates in CTRCH are editable and provided for convenience. Rates may not reflect real-time market values. CTRCH is not responsible for any loss, discrepancy or decision made on the basis of currency conversions performed by the app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use CTRCH for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of CTRCH, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Use CTRCH to store or process data belonging to other individuals without their consent.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of CTRCH.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features of CTRCH may be offered as in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Pricing, features and availability may change at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

CTRCH does not integrate third-party financial institutions, analytics providers or advertising networks. If you choose to store backups in a third-party cloud service (such as iCloud Drive), that storage is governed by the terms of that service.

9. Intellectual Property

CTRCH, including its design, code, charts, icons and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right or license to our trademarks, logos or content except as required to use CTRCH as intended.

10. Termination

You may stop using CTRCH at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or discontinue CTRCH at any time, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including No financial advice, Disclaimer of warranty, and Limitation of liability — will survive.

11. Disclaimer of Warranty

CTRCH is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that CTRCH will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculations will be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, CTRCH.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of CTRCH after changes take place constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the provider of CTRCH is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
