CTRCH ("we", "our", "us") is designed around one principle: your financial data belongs to you, and only to you. This Privacy Policy explains what information CTRCH does and does not collect, how it is stored, and the choices you have.

The short version: CTRCH does not collect personal data, does not connect to the internet to transmit your data, does not require an account, and does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

CTRCH is built to operate entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store or sell:

Your name, email address, phone number or any contact details.
Bank, brokerage or any other financial account credentials.
Your account balances, transactions, budgets, goals, bills or notes.
Receipt photos or any images you attach to entries.
Device identifiers, advertising IDs, location data or usage analytics.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

All financial information you enter in CTRCH — accounts, transactions, categories, tags, budgets, goals, recurring bills, currencies and receipt photos — is stored locally on your iPhone using on-device storage (JSON files and the iOS Files system). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

3. Manual Backup & Restore

CTRCH offers optional manual backup and restore through the iOS Files app. Backups are created and managed entirely by you. They are not automatically uploaded anywhere. If you choose to store a backup in a cloud service (such as iCloud Drive or a third-party provider), that storage is governed by the provider's terms.

4. No Third-Party Services

CTRCH does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, social plugins. The custom chart engine, multi-currency logic and data layer are all built in-house using Apple frameworks.

5. Permissions

CTRCH may request the following iOS permissions, and only for the features you actively use:

Photos / Camera — to attach receipt images to a transaction. Photos remain on-device and are never transmitted.
Files — to let you import or export a backup through the Files app.

You can decline any permission and the related feature simply becomes unavailable. Permissions can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.

6. Children

CTRCH is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, since it does not collect data from anyone at all.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Because CTRCH does not collect contact information, we cannot notify you of updates by message.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Because CTRCH stores everything locally and collects nothing from you, your data is always under your control. You can at any time:

View, edit or delete any record inside the app.
Export all of your data through the in-app backup feature.
Delete the app to remove all locally stored CTRCH data from your device.
